I have the older Tikka with the Heavy barrel and it's a tack driver. I wanted another good shooting gun so ordered the newer Tikka T3x CTR. After searching and searching Gunprime.com was the only one who had it available. Shipping was great and I will buy from them again. Only wish is that it came with the heavy barrel not semi-heavy. It's only about 2mm skinnier so it's not bad at all. The only to get the heavy barrel is to buy the super varmint but that only seems to be available in 24" barrel. No thank you. Actually, it seems a good bit lighter than my older tikka with heavy barrel. It does have a heavy Nightforce on top also. So, for this one i put a Zeiss Victory HT on top. This is a great lighter set up and will be my stalking gun. I also bought a super varmint chassis and switched it out so that it looks like my older one. I am pleased!
